COFFS HARBOUR LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2013 – MAP AMENDMENT NO. 9 (REZONE LAND AT NO. 9-9A & NO. 148-158 GAUDRONS ROAD, SAPPHIRE BEACH); COFFS HARBOUR DEVELOPMENT CONTROL PLAN 2015 – AMENDMENT NO. 30 (GAUDRONS ROAD, SAPPHIRE BEACH)

Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Meeting of 22 February 2024 resolved to make Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 - Map Amendment Number 9 (Rezone land at No. 9-9A & No. 148-158 Gaudrons Road, Sapphire Beach). The rezoning will facilitate the subdivision of the land for large lot residential purposes.

On 8 March 2024, Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 – Map Amendment No 9 was made under delegated authority by the City of Coffs Harbour. Pursuant to Section 3.36 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, on 22 March 2024, Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Map Amendment No 9) was published on the NSW Government Legislation website (2024, No 79), and is in effect from that date.

Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Meeting of 22 February 2024 also resolved to approve Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment Number 30 (Gaudrons Road Sapphire Beach) comprising amendments to Development Control Plan 2015 mapping that align with Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Map Amendment No 9).

Pursuant to Part 3, Division 3 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment Number 30 (Gaudrons Road Sapphire Beach) also came into effect on 22 March 2024.
