Do you need approval?

Approval may be required from Council for the removal of native vegetation from land to which the State Environment Planning Policy (Vegetation in Non-Rural Areas) 2017 legislation applies.

If you are lodging a development application (DA)

Where the removal of native vegetation is associated with development which also requires approval from Council, we recommend that one development application is lodged for both purposes.
