Approval may be required from City of Coffs Harbour for the removal of native vegetation from land to which the State Environment Planning Policy (Biodiversity and Conservation) 2021 legislation applies.

If you are lodging a development application (DA)

Where the removal of native vegetation is associated with development which also requires approval from City of Coffs Harbour, we recommend that one development application is lodged for both purposes.
