Some customers were inadvertently undercharged in the final quarter (Q4) water account notice of 2024-25, and this was corrected in the water account notice issued in Q1 2025-26. A small number of residential customers affected by a higher use tariff charge (Tier 2) during this period will receive a credit on their Q2 water account notice.

We aim to read your water meter every 90 days. You can find the date it was last read on your bill.
Water usage charges are billed per kilolitre, reflecting the actual amount of water you use.
