Christmas and New Years Closures
All Council services are now back to their normal opening hours.
Customer Service Centre / Administration - closed 23 Dec, re-opens 4 Jan
Council’s Customer Service Centre and Administration (including Rigby House) will be closed between Christmas and New Year.
Closing at: 4.30pm Thursday, 23 December 2021
Re-opening at: 8.30am on Tuesday, 4 January 2022.
You can call about urgent issues, such as water and sewer breaks, dog problems and urgent road maintenance on (02) 6648 4000.
Regional Gallery and Museum - closed 24-28 Dec and 1-3 Jan, re-open 4 Jan
The Coffs Harbour Regional Gallery and Museum will be closed Friday, 24 December and Public Holidays (25 to 28 December and 1 to 3 January) - normal opening days otherwise apply (open Tuesday through Saturday) with reduced hours, 10am to 3pm.
Libraries - closed 24-28 Dec and 1-3 Jan, re-open 4 Jan
All Council libraries will be closed Friday, 24 December and Public Holidays (25 to 28 December and 1 to 3 January).
Normal opening days otherwise apply with the following reduced hours:
Jetty Memorial Theatre (Box Office) - closed 24 Dec, re-opens 4 Jan
The Jetty Memorial Theatre (Box Office) will be closed Friday, 24 December and re-open at 12.00 noon on Tuesday, 4 January 2022.
Community Village (Reception Office) - closed 24 Dec, re-opens 4 Jan
The Community Village (Reception Office) will be closed Friday, 24 December and re-open on Tuesday, 4 January 2022.
Works Depots (Nana Lane, Marcia Street and Woolgoolga) - closed 24 Dec, re-opens 4 Jan
Council’s Works Depots will be closed Friday, 24 December and re-open on Tuesday, 4 January 2022.
Beach Patrols - no interruption
Waste Services - collection no interruption, waste facilities closed 25 and 26 Dec
Your kerbside waste collection services will continue as normal with no interruption over the Christmas and New Year period, including public holidays.
The Englands Road Waste Management Facility, Woolgoolga Transfer Station, Coramba Transfer Station and Lowanna Transfer Station will all be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day (25 & 26 December 2021).
Normal opening hours will apply to all sites from Monday, 27 December 2021.

Coffs Coast Visitor Services - closed 25-28 Dec and 1-3 January, re-open 4 Jan
The Visitor Services phone (02) 6648 4990 and email paradise@coffscoast.com.au will be answered on all days except public holidays.
Face-to-face visitor services can be accessed through one of the Coffs Coast Visitor Services Hubs, found at Coffs Central, Dolphin Marine Conservation Park, Sawtell RSL, Ulong Cafe in the Valley, Idle Inn Cafe at Nana Glen and Woolgoolga Visitor Information Centre during their standard opening hours.

Public Swimming Pools - all closed 25 Dec, Orara closed all public holidays
Coffs Harbour, Sawtell and Woolgoolga pools are all closed Christmas day and have reduced hours - 10am to 3pm on public holidays.
Orara Valley pool is closed all public holidays.
