Local Government elections
The local government elections, which were due to be held on 4 September 2021, have been postponed in response to the recent outbreak of the Delta variant of the COVID-19 virus.
Council elections will now be held on 4 December 2021.

About the Elections
Coffs Harbour City Council elections are administered by the NSW Electoral Commission.

Non residential roll
If you don't live in the area but do own, occupy or lease rateable property within the local government area you may be entitled to vote in Local Government Elections.
You can apply to be registered on the non-residential roll by submitting the appropriate form below to Coffs Harbour City Council by 6:00pm, Monday 25 October 2021.

The NSW Electoral Commission has released the Political Participants Bulletin No.5 on 15 April 2021 which provides information for potential candidates.
