Terms and Conditions regarding the use of livestreams
The Livestreaming of the proceedings of the Council, including Public Forums, are made available to provide greater community access to the Council.
Copyright of the livestream material belongs to the City of Coffs Harbour, and no unauthorised use may be made of that material.
Council makes the livestream available on the following conditions.
- The material shall not be used for:
- political party advertising
- election campaigns, or
- commercial sponsorship or commercial advertising.
- The City of Coffs Harbour is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the material or from delays or interruptions to the service.
Official Records and webcast of proceedings
The official records of the proceedings of Council include Council Minutes and Public Forums.
You may copy and make use of excerpts of proceedings where:
- you attribute the City of Coffs Harbour as the source,
- you assume the risk of liability if the manner of your use is defamatory,
- you do not use the material for the purpose of advertising, or to misrepresent Councillors or City staff, and
- your use of the extracts is fair, accurate and not misleading.
