Disclosure of tenders and the GIPA Act contracts register
We are required to disclose information which is in the public interest relating to tenders and contracts.
Tenders
A List of Tenderers will be disclosed to the public within 7 days of tenders closing on our Pending and Awarding Tenders page in accordance with the Local Government (General) Regulation, Part 7 Tendering.
The list is prepared in alphabetical order before any tenders are checked for conformity. Tenderers should not rely on the list as evidence that their tender is capable of being accepted by us as further clarification may be required.

Contracts
Public information relating to contracts with the private sector estimated values of $150,000 and above will be made available within 45 days of the contract coming into existence in accordance with section 27(2) of Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPAA).
GIPAA Class 2 contracts which have not been the subject of a tender process, the contract is not publicly available and the terms and conditions of the contract have been negotiated with the successful contractor are identified in the Contracts Register by the contract number prefix "DIR-"
