When are rates due?
Rates are paid every year and can be paid in full or by quarterly instalments.
When are rates due?
Payment dates for quarterly instalments are:
- 1st instalment – 1 September 2025
- 2nd instalment – 2 December 2025
- 3rd instalment – 2 March 2026
- 4th instalment – 1 June 2026
Separate instalment notices will be issued approximately one month prior to the above due dates.
If you wish to pay your rates in full, payment should be made on or before the first instalment due date 1 September 2025.
