Emergencies could include sewer issues, water service problems, animal attacks, environmental pollution or anything else needing urgent assistance. We have a staff member on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are deaf, hearing impaired, or speech impaired please call us via the National Relay Service

COVID-19 Safety Measures

Council's Customer Service Centre is open. There are some restrictions and important safety measures in place, including the use of screens at counters, sanitiser stations on entry and social distancing markings on the floor, to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

To avoid us mistaking your parcel or mail item for suspicious mail:

  • Parcels should be sent through a courier or Australia Post. Over the counter parcels will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with the recipient.  
  • Address your item to the appropriate person or department. If you are unsure, contact customer service to obtain the correct details.
  • Always ensure that the your details are clearly displayed on the mail item including the senders name/company name and address.
