Cycling is an effective, healthy and environmentally friendly form of transport, while mountain biking is a popular and fun way to explore our natural environment.
We have ambitious plans to improve cycling conditions and encourage more people to get on their bikes and explore our beautiful region.

Coffs Creek Loop
Coffs Creek is an oasis in the middle of Coffs Harbour and offers riders an easy escape from the CBD. The trail is a mix of road, bike path, dirt and boardwalks across sensitive wetland environments. Find out more about Coffs Creek Loop(PDF, 693KB) by downloading our brochure.
Woolgoolga Coastal Loop
Discover 3 unique headlands and 5 amazing beaches on the Woolgoolga Coastal Loop(PDF, 2MB) . The track provides tranquil locations with spectacular views. You are sure to find your own slice of the north coast for that quick break, a swim and maybe a picnic lunch.
Cows With Guns (Pine Creek)
Cows With Guns bike track (or 'Cows') is on the south side of Pine Creek and is the venue for most of the Coffs Harbour mountain bike club events. Whilst the area is generally flat there is enough undulation in the track to create some good flow.
The Sawmill
Sawmill is situated in Pine Creek State Forest, just a 30 minute drive south of Coffs Harbour. Situated on the north side of Pine Creek it is a slightly more challenging trail network compared to Cows With Guns. For more information go to The Sawmill trail page.
Mt Coramba Downhill
One of Australia’s most renowned and long standing downhill trails, Mt Coramba is surrounded by the beauty of the Coffs Harbour forested areas with spectacular views of the mountains and the sea. Toormina Velodrome
The Toormina Velodrome and Criterion Track offers a perfect venue for cycling training and racing. The venue is open free to the public and can also be booked for sporting events.
Bike storage facilities
We have installed 5 secure bike storage facilities in the Castle Street car park. If you are a regular commuter to the Coffs Harbour CBD and need somewhere secure to store your bike, you may apply to us for a key giving you exclusive use of one of the cages for a deposit of $50.
