Notice of Repeal of Contributions plan
In accordance with clause 215 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021
At its meeting of 14 December 2024 Council resolved to approve the Woolgoolga Town Centre S7.12 Contributions Plan which will come into effect on 1 February 2024.
The City of Coffs Harbour provides notice of its intention to repeal the Hearns Lake / Sandy Beach Release Area Developer Contributions Plan 2017. This plan is repealed on 1 February 2024.
