In accordance with clause 214 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021
Council at its Ordinary meeting or 14 March 2024 resolved to adopt the Moonee-Sapphire Contributions Plan 2024 and the Bonville Large Lot Contributions Plan 2024.
Notice is hereby given that the adopted plans will be in effect from Monday 18 March 2024.
