In accordance with clause 214 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021
Council at its Ordinary meeting of 22 February 2024 resolved to adopt the Coffs Harbour Administration Levy, Open Space, Roads Network and Surf Rescue Contributions Plans 2024 (4 individual plans).
Notice is hereby given that the adopted plans will be in effect from Monday 26 February 2024.
The plans are available on the City’s Contributions Plans webpage.
