Pursuant to section 7.4 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979, the City has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) relating to development application 1017/22DA - Residential Subdivision of 60 residential lots, associated roads, infrastructure services and earthworks on Lots 2 and 20, Solitary Island Way, Moonee Beach.
