COFFS HARBOUR LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2013 – MAP AMENDMENT No. 8 (Argyll Estate Precinct) AND COFFS HARBOUR DEVELOPMENT CONTROL PLAN 2015 – AMENDMENT No. 34 (Argyll Estate Precinct)
Notice is hereby given that Council at its Ordinary Meeting of 14 December 2023 resolved to endorse Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 – Map Amendment Number 8 (Argyll Estate Precinct) that will apply medium-density residential controls to part of the Argyll Estate precinct.
On 25 January 2024 Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 – Map Amendment No 8 (Argyll Estate Precinct) was made by Minister for Planning and Public Spaces pursuant to Section 3.36 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. On 2 February 2024 Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 – Map Amendment No 8 (Argyll Estate Precinct) was published on the NSW Government Legislation website (2024, No 18) and is in effect from that date.
Notice is hereby given that Council at its Ordinary Meeting of 14 December 2023 resolved to approve Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment Number 34 (Argyll Estate Precinct) comprising amendments that create new special area controls for an area known as the Argyll Estate Precinct.
Pursuant to Part 2, Division 2 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment Number 34 (Argyll Estate Precinct) is in effect from 12 February 2024.
