At $2.2 Billion, it is the biggest infrastructure project ever delivered in our area.
The bypass will reduce congestion and improve connectivity. This provides us with the opportunity to transform and re-connect our city.
Beyond the Bypass Response Plan
We have developed the Beyond the Bypass Response Plan to help us deliver the best outcomes for our area.
It brings together our strategies, actions, projects and community feedback about the bypass.
The Plan will help us before, during and after the bypass construction to:
- Identify, prioritise and coordinate opportunities
- Guide their resourcing, delivery and funding
- Communicate with the community about these opportunities
