Speak prior to a Council meeting (public forum)

A public forum is held at 5:00pm prior to each Council meeting so the public can provide submissions or present to Council and on items of business to be considered. Public access to attend the public forum will be available from 4:45pm.

If you wish to speak in person or submit a statement to be read at a public forum, refer to Council's public forum information sheet and then complete the request to speak at a Council public forum online form.

Applications must be received by 5pm the Tuesday prior to the Council Meeting.
