Coffs Harbour Historical Cemetery's first burial dates back to October 1895.
It occupies over 4.7 hectares, bounded by the Botanical Gardens and Coffs Creek, a kilometre from the centre of Coffs Harbour.
Although it was closed as a cemetery in 1986, families with existing ownership of Right of Burial or proof of Reservation can still have burials there. Reopens and interment of ashes are also available.
Council's cemetery services can cater to the differing religious beliefs and cultural practices of our community.
Coffs Harbour Historical Cemetery is owned by The Crown (State of NSW) and is maintained by Coffs Harbour City Council.
