The Coffs Harbour Community Village is a purpose-built facility in the CBD that would collectively house community organisations that are specifically funded to provide services to frail, aged and people with disabilities. Many services are located in the Community Village.The Community Village is also an ideal central place to hold a meeting, convention or even a wedding. The meeting rooms are modern and can accommodate up to 150 people. Fully accessible for people with disabilities. Equipment available for hire.

Cavanbah Hall

The main room of Cavanbah Centre, the hall is located at the front of the building and is a large room that can comfortably hold up to 200 people. It features timber flooring and is very popular for functions such as weddings, expo’s and parties.

Cavanbah A and B

Also located in Cavanbah Centre, Cavanbah Rooms A and B are located at the back of the facility and face out onto the reserve. They are two separate smaller rooms, ideal for conferences, training sessions, small exercise groups and meetings. Able to fit up to 45 people in each room seated, these rooms feature carpet flooring and partitioned dividers that can open A and B rooms to create one large room.

​The Jetty Memorial Theatre is a cultural icon for the Coffs Coast Region. The auditorium has a proscenium arch stage, a seating capacity of 251, 151 are tiered and 100 are movable stalls seating. This allows the theatre to be used for a wide range of events including plays, musicals, film screenings, product launches and seminars.The theatre has fully equipped lighting and audio systems, wheelchair access, a hearing loop for the hearing impaired, a baby Grand Piano and is climatically controlled.

​Coffs Harbour Regional Gallery features an exciting exhibition calendar of changing exhibitions by outstanding regional, as well as nationally acclaimed, emerging and established artists. The Gallery is also notable for its eclectic public programs involving workshops, concerts and social events. The gallery is available for public hire please enquire on 02 6648 4863.


​The Bunker Cartoon Gallery is Australia's first and only dedicated black and white art gallery exhibiting the largest private collection of contemporary cartoons in the Southern Hemisphere. The Gallery is housed in an authentic underground WWII bunker that has been converted to a funky exhibition space. The Bunker Cartoon Gallery is wheelchair friendly and welcomes coach tours. The Gallery is also available for hire as a venue for events such as launches, cocktail parties, weddings, business or promotional events by calling 02 6651 7343.


​The Garden is one of the major regional botanic gardens on coastal New South Wales north of Sydney. It covers 20 hectares of Crown Land and is bounded on three sides by Coffs Creek, a wide mangrove-lined, tidal estuary. The Garden was designed to feature natural forest, rare and endangered Australian species, and exotic plants from other sub-tropical regions of the world. Officially opened in 1988, the Garden continues to expand, with the newest addition being a Japanese Garden featuring a lake, arched bridge and teahouse. There are five kilometres of well-made paths and boardwalks for visitors to explore this lovely botanic garden.

​The Toormina Community Centre is located on Toormina Rd, approximately 2 kilometres from Toormina Shopping Centre, adjacent to Bayldon Primary School. The principle focus of the Centre is to provide a neighbourhood base for residents within the Toormina district, and to encourage outreach services into the area.

The facility consists of a large multi purpose hall (182 sqm) with parquetry flooring. The hall has storage areas for the Centres equipment and kitchen with counter access. The main hall area will cater for up to 100 people. To the rear of the Centre there is a fenced outdoor area suitable for small children. Equipment is available for use, which includes a white board screen, overhead projector and P.A. system. The facility also offers a small counselling room and a double meeting room area with a moveable wall, allowing for combined space for up to 40 people.

​The Stadium and Coffs Coast Sport and Leisure Park comprise a number of seperate sporitng facilities and flexible sports fields that have been constructed to service district, regional or elite level games. Collectively, these sporting facilities combine to form a sporting and event space capable of hosting regional, state, antional and international sporting competitions and tournaments, and one-off elite level matches for specific sporting codes as well as providing a valuable asset for the sporting bodies of the area and the community at large.

​The Woolgoolga Community Village Hall is located on Boundary Street in Woolgoolga, approximately 200 metres west of the main Woolgoolga retail area.The main hall is square in shape and is approximately 110m2 in area with a licensed capacity for 100 persons. Attached to the main hall is a kitchen, two store rooms and Meals on Wheels Commercial Kitchen and amenities. Adjacent is two small office areas and large enclosed play area, co-ordinated by playgroup.

​The Lower Bucca Community Centre is a small hall primarily utilized by the Lower Bucca Pre school however available for public hire particularly during school holiday season. The adjoining tennis court is available for hire.

​Coramba Community Hall is a multi-purpose community hall with a raised stage and kitchen facilities.

​Nana Glen Sport, Recreation and Equestrian Centre features a large picturesque sporting and recreational area off Morrows Road. Polo Crosse fields, dressage arena, equestrian cross country course, cricket pitch, covered stables, together with a large kiosk, accessible toilets and shower amenities, storage sheds and equestrian washing bays.

​The Lowanna Community Hall was built in the early 1920s and is a community venue with charm and character. Lowanna Hall includes storage rooms, raised staged area, a tea and coffee room and an amenities building.

​The community hall is located on the western side of Pine Avenue at Ulong. The land is owned by the Crown Lands Department and Council have been appointed Corporate Manager.The site is centrally located amid rural and residential land users and is easily accessed.The large hall was built in 1986 and comprises a portal frame structure with galvanised iron cladding and is 18m wide and 24m long providing a total floor area of approximately 432m2. Kitchen facilities are available.
