Formal Access Application

If you haven’t been able to get information through an Informal Access Request, you can pursue the matter by lodging a Formal Access Application.

You must lodge your request in writing starting that it is a Formal Access Application under the GIPA Act, be accompanied by a $30 application fee and specify the information you seek to enable that it can be identified by Council. Alternatively, you may complete a Formal Access Application. Processing charges may also apply, refer to the guideline for more information. If you are dissatisfied with Council's decision, a right of review and appeal is available.

Internal Review Application (Formal Access Applications only)
