City of Coffs Harbour has partnered with Busways and Forest Coach Lines to offer free route bus travel every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, starting Friday 19 April and ending Sunday 14 July 2024.
On the south side of Woolgoolga headland, this beach offers a great place to go fishing, walk the dog and watch the kite surfers.
You can also walk up a path to the lookout to get a great view to the south.
This beach is not patrolled by Lifeguards. The nearest patrolled beach is family-friendly Woolgoolga Beach

You can walk your dog on Back Beach off the leash except during Little Tern breeding season. During the breeding season the area is signposted and you must keep your dogs on a leash at all times.
