Council Cemeteries

Council's cemeteries are situated in some of the Coffs Coast’s  most beautiful locations, providing peaceful and respectful surrounds.

Burial plots and memorials to store ashes at Council's cemetery facilities offer security and permanence for friends and family, giving them peace of mind that there will always be a special place to remember a loved one.

Council manages seven cemeteries, including a large Historical Cemetery, Lawn Cemeteries and small village cemeteries.

  • Coffs Harbour Historical Cemetery
  • Coffs Harbour Lawn Cemetery
  • Woolgoolga Monumental Cemetery
  • Woolgoolga Lawn Cemetery
  • Corindi Cemetery
  • Bucca Cemetery
  • Coramba Cemetery

Council plays a vital role in balancing and meeting expectations and delivering services to their community:

Burials are permitted on private land in the Coffs Harbour Local Government Area. Guidance about the requirements and process can be found here.

Council is committed to providing all the help and assistance you require when organising a burial or memorialisation. To arrange a personal appointment should you require further information on reservations, arranging bronze plaques or family history, please contact our compassionate staff in the Customer Resolution Team on 02 6648 4000.
