Due to road closures on Earl Street (between Raleigh and Bonville Streets), Fraser Drive and Wingara Drive, red and green bin collections are not possible in these locations today (Friday). North Coast Regional Botanic Garden Plan of Management 2022

The purpose of this Plan of Management is to provide a framework for the management of the land by the City of Coffs Harbour and the types of uses that will be permitted to occur on the land.

It was adopted by Council on 14 September 2023 and is compliant with the requirements of the Crown Land Management Act 2016 and the Local Government Act 1993.
