Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 – Amendment No. 30 (minimum lot size at 19 Orara Street, Nana Glen & housekeeping amendment - Split Zone Clause & Dwelling Permissibility Clause)
Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Meeting of 27 October 2022 resolved to make Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 - Amendment Number 30, comprising amendments relating to the reduction of Minimum Lot Size at 19 Orara Street Nana Glen and housekeeping amendments to Clause 4.1A Minimum subdivision lot sizes for certain split zones and Clause 4.2B Erection of dwelling houses on land in certain rural and environmental protection zones.
On 1 March 2023, Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 - Amendment No 30 (Minimum Lot Size at 19 Orara Street, Nana Glen & Housekeeping Amendment - Split Zone Clause & Dwelling Permissibility Clause) was made under delegated authority by the City of Coffs Harbour under Section 3.36 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
On 10 March 2023, Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 - Amendment No 30 (Minimum Lot Size at 19 Orara Street, Nana Glen & Housekeeping Amendment - Split Zone Clause & Dwelling Permissibility Clause) was published in the NSW Government Legislation website (2018, No 28), and is in effect from that date.
