Financial Reserves Policy

This policy establishes a framework for preserving and utilising the financial resources of the City. It aims to support the City’s financial strategy and ensure long term financial sustainability, enabling the continuous provision of quality services to the community.

The policy has been developed to provide clarity and transparency in the establishment, restriction and withdrawal of funds in order to provide for long-term expenditure, as outlined in the City’s long-term financial plan.
