NAIDOC Week 2026
City of Coffs Harbour invites the community to come together on Gumbaynggirr Country to celebrate NAIDOC Week 2026 with a full day of free activities, performances, community connection and shared food at Yarrila Place.
This year marks a significant milestone — 50 years of NAIDOC celebrations across Australia — recognising and celebrating the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Proudly presented in partnership with the Yandaarra Aboriginal Advisory Committee and community partners.

Yandaarra Aunty Grace Roberts Community Awards

A highlight of the local NAIDOC celebrations, the Yandaarra Aunty Grace Roberts Community Awards recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who make outstanding contributions to the community.
The awards celebrate leadership, culture, community connection and achievement and continue the legacy of Aunty Grace Roberts, who was widely respected for her dedication and leadership within the community.

Special NAIDOC Performance — Arterial
As part of NAIDOC Week 2026, the Jetty Memorial Theatre will host a special performance of Arterial by Na Djinang Circus.
This powerful contemporary circus performance explores the deep connections between people, Country and culture through breathtaking acrobatics, movement and sound.
