Public holiday opening hours

Make the most of the Labour Day public holiday on Monday 5 October 2026. Below you'll find opening hours across City of Coffs Harbour facilities and services to help you plan your day. What will be closed during the public holiday?

The following Council facilities and services will be closed on Monday 5 October:

• All Coffs Harbour Libraries – Harry Bailey Memorial, Toormina and Woolgoolga (standard hours)
• Yarrila Arts and Museum (YAM)
• Coffs Harbour Laboratory
• The Animal Management Centre
• Customer Service Centre
• Wiigulga Sports Complex (more information on Facebook)
• C.ex Coffs International Stadium
• Jetty Memorial Theatre – Box Office (other show times at www.jettytheatre.com)
• Community Village – Reception Office
• Waste transfer stations at Coramba, Lowanna and Woolgoolga

To notify the City of urgent issues like water service problems or critical road maintenance while the Customer Service Centre is closed, please call 02 6648 4000.

What's operational?

These services will run as usual, or with changed hours, on Monday 5 October:

• Kerbside collection – no changes to your usual collection day.
• Englands Road Waste Management Facility – open 8.00am to 4.00pm.
