Notice is hereby given that the City, at its Meeting of 14 December 2023 resolved to approve Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment Number 19 (Woolgoolga Town Centre, Woolgoolga North West And Woolgoolga West) comprising new planning controls for the Woolgoolga North West Urban Release Area and new planning controls for the Woolgoolga Town Centre to align with the Woolgoolga Town Centre Masterplan. Council also resolved at this meeting to approve the Woolgoolga North West and Woolgoolga West Contributions Plan; and the Woolgoolga Town Centre Contributions Plan.
Pursuant to Part 2, Division 2 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment Number 19 (Woolgoolga Town Centre, Woolgoolga North West And Woolgoolga West) is in effect from 1 February 2024. Pursuant to Part 9, Division 3 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, the Woolgoolga North West and Woolgoolga West Contributions Plan; and the Woolgoolga Town Centre Contributions Plan are also in effect from 1 February 2024.
The abovementioned amendments to the City’s Development Control Plan and Contributions Plans can be viewed on the City’s website from 1 February 2024.
