Council at its Ordinary meeting of 10 March 2022, resolved to initiate an amendment to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2013 to facilitate the subdivision of the land for large lot residential purposes.

In accordance with the Minister’s determination and Council’s resolution, the proposed LEP amendment is now publicly available for community consultation.

The exhibition period is from Friday, 13 May 2022 to close of business on Friday, 27 May 2022.
