Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Meeting of 23 October 2025 resolved to make Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 - Amendment Number 33 Rural Function Centre and Artisan Food and Drink Industry in Zone RU2 Rural Landscape, comprising amendments to permit, with consent, the use of Rural function centres and Artisan food and drink industries within Zone RU2 Rural Landscape.
On 24 August 2026, Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 - Amendment No33 Rural Function Centre and Artisan Food and Drink Industry in Zone RU2 Rural Landscape was made under delegated authority by the City of Coffs Harbour pursuant to Section 3.36 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. On 28 August 2026, Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 - Amendment No33 Rural Function Centre and Artisan Food and Drink Industry in Zone RU2 Rural Landscape was published in the NSW Government Legislation website (2026-483), and is in effect from that date.
Notice is hereby given that the City, at its Ordinary Meeting of 23 October 2025 also resolved to approve Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment Number 41 (Rural Function Centre and Artisan Food and Drink Industry) comprising amendments relating to the use of a Rural function centre and Artisan food and drink industry within Zone RU2 Rural Landscape.
Pursuant to Part 2, Division 2 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment Number (41 Rural Function Centre and Artisan Food and Drink Industry) is in effect from 28 August 2026.
