Notice is hereby given that Council of the City of Coffs Harbour, at its Ordinary Meeting of 29 January 2026, resolved to make Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 – Map Amendment 23, comprising amendments relating to the minimum lot size of Lot 8 DP260744, 92 Faviell Drive, Bonville.
On 12 March 2026,
Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 – Map Amendment 23 was made under delegated authority by the City of Coffs Harbour pursuant to Section 3.36 of the
Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. On 20 March 2026, Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 – Map Amendment 23 was published on the NSW Government Legislation website (2026-100) and is in effect from that date.
