Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 – Amendment 44

Notice is hereby given that Council of the City of Coffs Harbour, at its Ordinary Meeting of 27 November 2025, resolved to make Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 – Map Amendment 21, comprising amendments relating to the rezoning and removal of minimum lot size requirements of Lot 105 DP227257, 42 Sandys Beach Drive, Sandy Beach.

On 4 December 2025, Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 – Map Amendment 21 was made under delegated authority by the City of Coffs Harbour pursuant to Section 3.36 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. On 12 December 2025, Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 – Map Amendment 21 was published on the NSW Government Legislation website (2025-687) and is in effect from that date.

Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Meeting of 27 November 2025, also resolved to approve Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment 44, comprising amendments relating to new location-specific controls that seek to achieve an improved public realm adjacent to the site.

Pursuant to Part 2, Division 2 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment 44 is in effect from 12 December 2025.
