The purpose of this policy is to demonstrate Coffs Harbour City Council’s (Council) commitment to ensuring that the Mayor and Councillors have access to induction and ongoing professional development which will assist them to develop and maintain the skills and knowledge required to effectively perform their civic role and responsibilities under the Local Government Act 1993 (the Act).
This policy applies to all Councillors of Coffs Harbour City Council, including the Mayor.
