This Code of Meeting Practice is based on the Model Code of Meeting Practice for Local Councils in NSW as prescribed under section 360 of the Local Government Act 1993 (the Act) and the Local Government (General) Regulation 2021 (the Regulation).
All Council Meetings must be conducted in accordance with this Code of Meeting Practice.
In addition to the Code of Meeting practice, Council also adopted the below meeting practice notes and public forum rules.
