The Woolgoolga Movement and Place Plan provides a long-term plan for improving transport options and road and street networks in Woolgoolga.
The plan uses a place-based approach to enhance the attractiveness, mobility and vibrancy of the public realm generally.
The plan stems from the adopted Woolgoolga Town Centre Masterplan and addresses:
• pedestrian and bike networks,
• public transport,
• road and street networks,
• car parking, and
• streetscape improvements in the Beach Street Village precinct.
Implementation of the Plan is through the Woolgoolga Town Centre Contributions Plan.
