Bookings for asbestos disposal at the England's Rd facility will resume Thursday 15 October 2026.
Works are completed on the first stage of improvements to Woolgoolga Beach Reserve.
A new playground, amenities, pathways, picnic tables and shelters have all been constructed.
The new amenities building also provides a Changing Places facility.
Fencing has been installed around the playground, following community requests.
Stage 2 of the reserve improvements will include new pathways, a viewing deck in the vicinity of the old surf club, showers, seating, picnic and other facilities, in accordance with the adopted Woolgoolga Beach Reserve Detailed Concept Plan.
Improvements are in accordance with consultations undertaken to develop the Woolgoolga Beach Reserve Plan Of Management 2016 and Woolgoolga Town Centre Masterplan 2018.
