Music Creator Sessions ( Thursdays )

Music makers drop in session

We’re running small group workshops where music makers connect, collaborate and create together. These aren't classes - we're building a community where real skills meet real passion.

What Happens:

• Collaborative music creation - Work on group projects or support each other’s individual work
• Skill sharing - learn from facilitators and peers
• Equipment exploration - try different instruments and production tools
• Social connection - meet other music lovers in a relaxed, inclusive space

Cost: Free - BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL! Room for 6 per session only :-)

Who is this for?

These are drop-in sessions, open to anyone with an interest in playing music or music recording, bookings essential.

About the facilitator

Benjamin Taggart crafts records that feel like stepping into the great outdoors—raw, rhythmic, and full of wanderlust. Rooted in folk-rock but shaped by global travel and sonic exploration, Taggart approaches production as world-building: layering earthy grooves, percussive acoustic textures, and wind-swept harmonica lines into immersive soundscapes that feel both grounded and expansive.

Born in Liverpool (UK) and creatively shaped by years on the move, Taggart translates lived experience into carefully constructed recordings. His productions blend organic instrumentation with detailed rhythmic arrangements, balancing foot-stomping energy and intimate, reflective spaces. Steel-string guitar often forms the backbone of his sound, while subtle ambient layers and melodic harmonica phrases add atmosphere and narrative depth.
