Notice is hereby given that Council at its Ordinary Meeting of 26 February 2026 resolved, subject to no submissions by way of objection received, approve Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment Number 27 (Housekeeping 6) comprising amendments relating to updates to build form and design controls, landscaping and streetscape controls, environmental and biodiversity controls, amendments to infrastructure, parking and access controls and miscellaneous housekeeping amendments. Post-exhibition administrative edits were undertaken to correct text errors, improve sentence structure and improve diagrams for clarity.
Pursuant to Part 2, Division 2 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 - Amendment Number 27 (Housekeeping 6) is in effect from Friday 10 April 2026.
