Jetty Theatre 2023 Program Adds More Glitter to Coffs Harbour

To celebrate their 2023 season of entertainment, The Jetty Theatre is inviting the community to their 2023 Season Launch reveal event – ‘Take a Journey’ on Tuesday 6 December.
Darren Coggan, who is one of Australia’s most exciting and diverse artists, will be performing - a masterful storyteller with a knack of weaving fascinating and perceptive tales through his songs.
The night will be hosted by the highly acclaimed Tim Maddren, double TV Week Logie and ARIA nominee. Previously known for being part of the popular Australian children’s television group Hi-5, he is now one of Australia's most respected musical performers.
Jetty Theatre’s 2023 Program is jam-packed with world class, award-winning entertainment with something for everyone including music, comedy, cabaret, magic, film, dance and kids shows.
“It will be a great way to start the festive season - catch up with friends for a drink, enjoy some great entertainment and receive your 2023 Season Program hot off the press,” said Ian Fitzgibbon, Acting Director Sustainable Communities at City of Coffs Harbour.
“2023 is all about taking a journey, expanding limitations and exploring other places - celebrating the beauty of theatre and community spirit and providing a space where magic happens if you let it.”
The season will include some of the annual favourites including the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow, Flickerfest, Screenwave International Film Festival and a couple of grand surprises which can’t be announced just yet... There’ll be big name musicians, theatrical magic, Australian stories and many performances by talented locals.
To kick off the season, the Umbilical Brothers return with their show – ‘The Distraction’ from 6-8 Jan.
In March, their popular ‘Kids Open Day’ will return once again inviting kids and families to experience the wonderful world of theatre and to share their upcoming kids shows - including a classic based on a well-known children’s book.
