The upcoming Local government elections will be held on Saturday, 14 September 2024.

The City of Coffs Harbour Local Government elections will be administered by the NSW Electoral Commission.

Interested in becoming a Councillor?

The NSW Office of Local Government has launched a dedicated webpage to provide information and resources for candidates in the lead up to the elections.

This can be accessed on their website by clicking the following link: Become a councillor.

The City of Coffs Harbour will also be hosting candidate information sessions for candidates. see the following for details:

  • Online session will be held on 6:00pm, 5 June 2024.
  • In-person session will be held 6:00pm, 22 July 2024 at the River Oak Room, Yarrila Place, Coffs Harbour.
