COVID-19 UPDATE

From March 26 2020 no public entry will be allowed into Council's offices – including the Customer Service Centre in Coff Street – as a precaution to help reduce the risk of Coronavirus Covid-19 infection within the organisation and the community.

Lodge your Development Application or Construction Certificate online

Development Applications and Construction Certificates including modifications can be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal

For more information on the Portal including how to register for an account please see the Quick Reference Guides issued by the NSW Department of Planning, Environment and Infrastructure.

After you have lodged your application Council staff will be in contact with you regarding any additional information required and to issue the tax invoice for the payment of lodgement fees.
