Coronavirus Update

See the below links to further information on the measures we are taking during the current Coronavirus Pandemic.

We are deeply concerned by the COVID-19 outbreak and the safety and wellbeing of our employees, volunteers and customers is a priority for Council. We are following the advice of the Australian Government, World Health Organisation (WHO) and NSW Health in the implementation of workplace measures to help minimise any possible infections. Council is taking a risk management approach to the pandemic and seeking to minimise any potential impact.

As a result all Council events and Council-run public programs in our facilities have been postponed or suspended until the situation is reviewed again on 14 April 2020. Similarly a number of our facilities are now closed. See further information below.

We please ask that if you are showing any of the symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed or showing symptoms of COVID-19, that you not use a Council facility at this time.

Our Customer Service Centre is now closed 02 6648 4000 or email us via coffs.council@chcc.nsw.gov.au in the first instance. Anyone needing to make account payments is being asked either to use the online payment options detailed on the account, or call Council.

A collection of resources for the general public and industry about coronavirus is available on the Australian Government's Department of Health website here.
