CHCC update regarding the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic:
The safety and wellbeing of our employees, volunteers and customers is a priority for Coffs Harbour City Council and we are following the advice of the Australian Government, World Health Organisation (WHO) and NSW Health in the implementation of workplace measures to help minimise any possible infections. Council is taking a risk management approach to the pandemic and seeking to minimise any potential impact.
As result all Council events and public programs are being planned and delivered in accordance with NSW Government Guidelines.
We please ask that if you are showing any of the symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed or showing symptoms of COVID-19, that you refrain from partaking in an event or program.
Coffs Harbour City Council work with various community partners to produce several community events each year. These provide an opportunity for community celebration, social connection, cultural exchange and sustainability awareness.
If you would like to express an interest in volunteering for any or all of these events, please complete a volunteer expression of interest form.
Several State and National weeks of celebration are held throughout the year, which focus on activities and events held at various locations around the Coffs Harbour region. These include the following:
BALE OUT!
Seniors Week
Harmony Week
Youth Week
Refugee Week
Make Music Australia
NAIDOC Week
You can find out about regular markets held throughout the Coffs Coast on the Coffs Coast website.
Plan Your Event

The team provide guidance and support to assist you in planning your next event and aim to highlight important planning considerations and facilitate easy access to information, tips, resources and templates to help deliver your next event.
The Coffs Coast Events website provides information for event managers to help them meet all necessary requirements including traffic management, toilets and waste, licence and permits, etc. The site also includes templates, information on sponsorship, funding, grants and promotion.
