Citizenship Ceremonies

Citizenship Ceremonies

​​​Citizenship Ceremonies are conducted by Coffs Harbour City Council on behalf of the Minister for Home Affairs.

A minimum of three ceremonies are held every year, on or around the following days:

  • Around Australia Day
  • Harmony Day
  • Citizenship Day

Other ceremonies are held throughout the year depending on how many people are on the waiting list.  There are no set dates for these ceremonies.

Applying for Citizenship

All Applications for Citizenship need to be made directly to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) on 131 880.
