Lodge your Development Application or Construction Certificate online
Development Applications and Construction Certificates including modifications can be lodged via the
NSW Planning Portal.

After you have lodged your application Council staff will be in contact with you regarding any additional information required and to issue the tax invoice for the payment of lodgement fees.
