A List of Tenderers will be disclosed to the public within 7 days of tenders closing on our Pending and Awarding Tenders page in accordance with the Local Government (General) Regulation, Part 7 Tendering.
The list is prepared in alphabetical order before any tenders are checked for conformity. Tenderers should not rely on the list as evidence that their tender is capable of being accepted by Council as further clarification may be required.
