Destination Coffs Coast

Our Industry and Destination Development team helps promote the Coffs Coast - the Coffs Harbour and Bellingen local government areas - to potential leisure and business tourism visitors.

Growing the Coffs Coast as a tourism destination into the future is a key focus for the 'Destination Coffs Coast Committee' (DCCC).

The DCCC is made up of tourism industry operators from Coffs Harbour and Bellingen, as well as Councillors and staff from both councils, and works with local industry operators to drive tourism to the area.

In May 2016 the Coffs Coast Strategic Tourism Plan 2020 was adopted with a focus on attracting more visitors, having them stay in the region longer, spend more locally and stay in localities right across the region.  Key elements of the tourism strategy include the establishment of an Industry Development and Engagement working group, a Nature Based working group and a Brand Review working group.

Further information about the Destination Coffs Coast Committee, including the committees terms of reference can be found here.

Industry operators are well supported through DCCC, the destination marketing team and online with access to information, opportunities and training.
