LEP 2000

LEP 2000 currently only applies to Lot 22 DP 1070182 (Sandy Beach Deferred Area). This land is shown here as DM (white area with a red outline). LEP 2000 is a plan which identifies areas of land (zones) for different types of future development. It sets the rules regarding how land in these zones may or may not be used. Refer to LEP 2000 to view the zone(s) that apply to the land, and rules that apply to future development.
