Local Environment Plans

The Coffs Harbour local government area has a new Local Environmental Plan but two older LEPs are available here for you to view.

LEP 2000

LEP 2000​ identifies areas of land (zones) for different types of future development. It sets the rules regarding how land in these zones may or may not be used.


Development Control Plans - for LEP 2000

Here are Council's Development Control Plans (DCPs) which were supplementary plans to LEP 2000. They outline detailed development guidelines and controls which are specific to the land where a DCP applies.
