Library Gallery Precinct Analysis

The Library Gallery Precinct Analysis was prepared by Council as part of detailed research and concept planning for the colocation of a new library/gallery and other complementary facilities within the Coffs Harbour City Centre. This precinct analysis was endorsed by Council at its Ordinary Meeting of 11 May 2017 and provides a future vision for the proposed Library/Gallery site on Gordon Street and surrounding areas to facilitate a central cultural hub precinct comprising civic cultural facilities for the region.

Woolgoolga Beach Reserve Detailed Concept Plan

Council, at its Ordinary Meeting of 22 November 2018, resolved to endorse a Detailed Concept Plan for the Woolgoolga Beach Reserve to refine the location and design of elements within the Reserve. The Detailed Concept Plan builds upon the Woolgoolga Town Centre Masterplan and Woolgoolga Beach Reserve Plan of Management. The Detailed Concept Plan will now inform detailed engineering design for the various elements within the Reserve and will support Council in any future funding applications.
